Sunday School Team– focuses on teaching biblical principles and fostering spiritual growth among children, youth, and adults. They are committed to developing age-appropriate lessons, organizing engaging activities, and providing a supportive learning environment. Church Building and Premises Team – focuses on managing the maintenance, repairs and overall functionality of the church building and grounds. They ensure that all spaces, including worship areas, rooms and car park are safe, clean and operational for services and events. This team plays a critical role in preserving the church’s infrastructure to support its activities and mission effectively.
Media and Technical Team– manages the audiovisual and technological needs of the church to enhance worship experience and communication. This includes operating sound systems, projection screens, lighting, and live-streaming equipment during services and events. They also handle media production, such as creating videos, managing social media and maintaining the church’s website to reach a broader audience.
Hospitality Team– focuses on creating a warm and welcoming environment for church attendees and visitors. They organize activities like greeting at entrances, preparing refreshments and hosting fellowship events to promote connection and belonging. This team ensures everyone feels valued and comfortable, fostering a sense of community within the church.
Events Team– plans, organizes, and executes special church events such as conferences, retreats, weddings, and outreach programs. They coordinate logistics like scheduling, venue setup, catering and volunteer management to ensure events run smoothly and align with the church’s mission. Protocol Team– focuses on ensuring order, professionalism and proper arrangements are adhered to during church services and special events. They manage seating arrangements for dignitaries and guest speakers as well as oversee schedules and hospitality for visiting ministers. Follow Up/ Counselling Team – focuses on ensuring that new converts, visitors, and members are supported and integrated into the church community. They provide spiritual guidance and counseling to address personal and emotional needs while encouraging growth in faith. Intercessory Team- is dedicated to prayer and spiritual warfare on behalf of the church, its members, and the community. This team serves as the spiritual backbone of the church, fostering unity and covering the church’s mission with prayer.
Ushering– ensures that church services run smoothly and provides a welcoming atmosphere for attendees. Ushers are responsible for guiding congregants to their seats, assisting with offerings, distributing materials and maintaining order during services or events. They also serve as a point of contact for emergencies, offering assistance and managing crowd flow efficiently.
Choir focuses on leading the congregation in worship through music, setting a reverent and uplifting atmosphere during services and special events.
